Alexander had only been back at school for 3 weeks and was awarded one of the first Achievement certificates of the year.

I'm a HUGE fan of the Bridge Jones films and I was so excited for the next one. 

I finally got to go and see it with my friend Debbie and to say that I nearly peed my pants laughing to much would be an understatement.

It was brilliant.. Saying that I do like Colin Firth, plays a good Darcy!

Universe LIVE!

Coming from a family that LOVES all things Marvel - Iron man, Thor, Black Widow, Hulk, Spiderman etc etc, it seemed only right that we all got to go to see Marvel Live up at the 02.

So dressed in our relevant Marvel t-shirts, we arrived to see a show that was just amazing.  The acrobats that were playing the characters were brilliant, especially Spiderman.

Definitely a day to remember!!

Re-sit...

So after totally ballsing up my last ever OU module exam, I was entitled to a re-sit.  I'd studied really hard the week or so beforehand and seemed much more prepared this time around.  On the day though, the nerves kicked in again, but a good old cuppa did wonders. 

I think I did okay, it's just a waiting game now..

Birthday boy

Seems like I haven't blogged for ages, you'd think now all my study is over I'd have more time...!

Anyway, It was Lee's birthday at the beginning of September and one of his gifts was a new board game called Ticket to Ride - absolutely brilliant game, all of us can play and it's all down to the routes you are given as to who wins.

Another of Lee's gifts was for he and I to go and see the Adele Tribute act at the Cliffs, he rather likes her and the lady playing the part of Adele was amazing.

A good birthday I do believe..
