Santa Claus is coming to town...

Well, to Adventure Island at least...

Each year I take the kids to see the big man himself and this year we went down to Adventure Island.
Mum came to and very generously treated us all to lunch at Tomassis - none of us have been ther forever, and it was lovely food!
Wondering down to the seafront we came across Santa and a couple of his elves - happy to pose for a pic..
As was one of the reindeer!
We arrived at Adventure Island and the kids thought the dancing air filled Santa's were brilliant.

A quick letter to Santa
and then a pose (LOVE this pic of the 3 of them) before walking through their wonderland escorted by an elf!

Before finally meeting the Man himself and having a good ole chat.
Instead of a gift, Santa gave them all a lucky star to be exchanged in the toy shop for a present of their choice.

I love Christams!

School fete & school football

My days of spending every waking hour at school setting up and breaking down the hall for the school fete are long over, but it's always nice to just go along..
This year they had a visit of some reindeer which went down very well with Cassandra and Millie!
This year, Cassandra is part of the school choir and they were singing at the fete.
Everyone did really well and enjoyed themselves whilst us proud parents looked on.

Whilst all this was going on, Nicholas was playing in goal for the school team..

After a bit of help from Mr Shaw, they kicked off with lots of parents cheering them on.
By the end of the match it was rather dark but they put up a good fight!
