So lets do it all over again!

Boxing Day has tended to be spent at John & Barbara's for as long as I've been with Lee and ever other year, Lisa, Greg and the twins join us, so this year there was 13 of us!!
John's annual photo this year was a wacky one and I have to admit, I love it!!

Nicholas was his usual hyper self...
Whilst Cassandra was thrilled to see her cousin Hannah.
Love this pic that John took of the kids by their tree :)

Many thanks to the parents-in-law for a fabby day and some wonderful gifts.

Christmas day!

Santa's been!!!!!
Alexander was thrilled with his Lego Movie Police drop ship
 Cassandra got her Stompez slippers
And Nicholas got his Orbeez Foot spa that he wanted too.
Then it was on to the sacks of pressies... It was all about Frozen this year for Cassie :)
Alexander loves playing cards and so we bought him a card shuffler!  Nicholas wanted (amongst other things) a body warmer!
Even Lee had been a good boy this year and got his Lego Star Wars Star Destroyer!
Paper angels!  And then.... Nannie came round and it was more presents!!
 incuding Nerf guns..
 Barbie ponies..
 And Bop-it Beats...
Nannie had a sack of pressies too and loved her sweatshirt from the kids!
Tony & Christine came round for tea and then we all gambled our pennies playing cards for the evening.

Another fun Christmas day - roll on tomorrow, when we can do it all over again with the in-laws!

It's Christmas - well, almost...

It's nomally Lee on the end of the camera and not in any photos, so this Christmas Eve, I took them and Lee's in them!

Alex started a family tradition a couple of years ago, by reading 'Twas the Nigth before Christmas to Nicholas and Cassandra each year before they set up goodies for Santa and his reindeer and hany their stockings...

Getting excited!!!

Every little girls' dream....

Just before Christmas itself, Mum kindly looked after the boys for a few hours so I could treat Cassandra to the Tiddlywinks Princess Ball... and I'm soooo pleased I did, she had a wonderful time!

Everyone was greeeted by Olaf upon arrival and led into the hall where Cassandra didn't know who out of the 10 pincesses to go and say hello to first!
 Belle?
 Cinderella?
 Snow White?
 Tinkerbell?
 Aerial?
 Rapunzel?
 Aurora (sleeping beauty)?
 Tiania?
However Anna and Elsa will always win her heart...
before lunch came some amazing face painting and sweets from the sweetie cart..
And then after dinner were games and dancing
Not sure who Cassie enjoyed holding hands with the most!
It even snowed!!!!

A simply FABOULOUS event that I can't recommend enough.

Santa's on Strike

I can't beleive that I haen't blogged since November!  How crap am I?!?!

Anyway, one of the highlight's of December was seeing Cassandra in the lower school production of "Santa's on Strike".

She was a puppy dog (don't ask) and sung "puppies are not just for Christmas" and danced wonderfully!
