End of an era..

Just before the kids all broke up, I did too.  For the last two years I've been volunteering at Heycroft Primary school in Eastwood.  I've mainly been in Yr2, with a few others here and there.
I'm not too good at goodbyes so I left a week early and was really touched by the card the children in class had made me and the survival kit that the two Yr2 teachers had put together for me.
Mel and Hollie have been brilliant, Mel especially has encouraged, supported and advised me throughout the two years and I shall miss her terribly.  However, you never know, once I'm a qualified teacher, I could apply for a position at Heycroft!
