Happy Birthday Mum!

It was Mum's birthday last week and after picking both boys up from school, we shot over to Southend with a cake and pressies. Not that Mum actually managed to open that many, as somehow wrapping paper and small boys go quite well together.... as do birthday cakes and blowing out the candles!

Well, after a very good deal in that Lee got a pants new mobile phone, but a FREE Wii and Wii Fit, it's all set up now in the Den and my 4 and 2 year old have whipped their Daddy's butt in Bowling!!!

After months of encouragement and incentives, Nicholas finally jumped into the swimming pool on his own today whilst at swim school!!

Way to go little man - we're so proud of you :)

Frosty the Snowman

Lee had always promised Alex that if we ever had enough snow one time, that he would take time off work and build a snowman with him.... that's exactly what he did on Monday, so when the boys came home from school, Lee was waiting for them and after a few snowball fights, Mr Wobbly was built in the garden!

QUIZ NIGHT - POSTPONED

Due to the influx of snow and the fact the Met Office are prediciting more on Friday, the school Quiz night has been postponed - new date to follow.

It was one of best friends' birthday on Friday and on Saturday, despite being 30 odd weeks preggers, I joined the hardened drinkers in Leigh and had a good night out with the girls.

Granted I was home by 9.30pm, but apparently some didn't roll in until 3.30am!!!!!
