Last Day of Blenheim Primary..

So today is Nicholas' last day at Blenheim Primary School.  

He is really looking forward to leaving and moving on to being with his brother at Eastwood Academy in September.

He has really changed!

Love you young man - so so proud of all you have achieved.

Year 6 Leavers Production

 So whilst Alexander took part in Wind in the Willows, Nicholas had the role of the reporter in "Cinderella Rockafella"

Not sure he enjoyed it that much, but Lee, Alexander, my Mum and I all thought it was great and loved seeing him.

Not long to go now..

Manic!

It's been a manic last few weeks...

School swim galas were held at the beginning of July and Nicholas retained his title of Boys winner and that now makes 6 years in a row!

Cassandra swam brilliantly and came 4th over all too :)

Then came Sports Day..

This was my last year of running from one side of the field to the other to wach both Nicholas and Cassandra compete..

BLUE team won!

 Gotta love 'em!

The season is over.  Just a few weeks left of training and I get my family back!

They only went and won!!!

So today saw us all (bar Alex who went to the cinema with Mum to see Baywatch) over at Len Forge for the Round Robin Lee had organised for the team.

He had invited 3 other local teams that were pretty evenly matched to us to play and it was fun and decent football all round.

 And then they went and won the event!!!!

How to end on a high!!!!

Bursting with pride...

Alex went and had food and drinks with Mr Houchen, the Principal of his school earlier this week in celebration of his achievement of winning the Jack Petchy award.

Considering all the hassle and grief he's still getting at school, this just proves that he's going to be fine later in life.

Love you to the moon and back Alexander.

Keep your chin held high, we are all so proud of you.

Investiture

It was a bit of a manic one last night as I had Beavers to run and then Nicholas had induction into Eastwood straight after.

In between that time, Cassandra was at Cubs with Lee, taking part in a Dad's Day event (no idea what they were doing), but at the end of it, she got invested into 3rd Prittlewell Cubs...

We'll see how long she lasts there...
